WITH YOURSELF AND WITH OTHERS

If you're looking for a way to connect with others who understand what you're going through, joining a therapeutic art group might be just what you need.

It's a fantastic opportunity to express yourself through art and connect with like-minded individuals in a safe and supportive environment.

Whether you're dealing with difficult emotions or simply want to explore your creative side, a therapeutic group can be a truly transformative experience that helps you grow and develop as a person. So why not give it a try see what kind of positive impact it can have on your life?

Donation Based Series

We ask that participants "pay what you can" -- we are well aware of the financial constraints on many and do not want finances to be a barrier to participation in this group. Our standard group price is $50 a session, but we are offering this as a donation-based series. This allows participants to name a price that is possible for them in this season whether that be $0, the full rate, or somewhere in the middle. Materials are included.

Activist Fatigue Group I

ALTERED BOOKMAKING CIRCLE

Calling all activists experiencing burnout while fighting for liberation, justice, and peace! Join fellow activists to learn and explore how altered bookmaking can serve as a form of intentional rest and self-care. Take old, unused books and transform them anew! Altered bookmaking leaves room to creatively rewrite old narratives and reflect on possible futures. Let's connect and acknowledge the impact of burnout on our pursuits for social change.
